Getting started with SailFin TV

From signing up to watching, in about ten minutes. Questions at any point: call or text 608-524-1579.

Getting TV through your internet provider? Follow the setup link they sent you instead; you don’t need to sign up here.

1. Sign up

Go to secure.wicw.net/tv/signup.
Enter your name, address, email and mobile number. We text you a code to confirm your number.
Choose your plan and pay by card. You get a welcome email and text with your personal setup link.

Billing: your first charge covers only the days left in this month. After that, SailFin TV bills on the 1st to your card. No contract.

SailFin TV runs on Google TV and Android TV devices, including onn and Chromecast with Google TV streaming boxes, and on Android phones and tablets.

No streaming device yet? Any TV with an HDMI port works with one, and they’re sold at most electronics stores.

When you open the app, it shows a short code and a QR code.

Easiest: tap the setup link we sent you, on your phone, then scan the QR code on the TV. It links in one tap.
Or go to sailfin.tv/activate and enter the code.
Or choose Sign in on the TV and use the email and password from your welcome email.

Codes last a few minutes. If one expires, press Get a new code on the TV and try again straight away.

Channels: the home screen shows what’s on tonight, with your channels in rows below. Channel up and down move through channels like cable.

Two screens at once, with up to five TVs, phones and tablets on your account.

Install SailFin TV the same way on the other device and link it with its own code, or sign in. Each additional TV is $10 a month.
